2x(1200, 3 min rest, 1000, 2 min rest, 800) at 5k pace with 5 mins rest in between sets. Just a little bit of work on the legs, felt more and more relaxed as the workout went on. Pretty easy, 3:49, 3:08, 2:30, then 3:45, 3:05, 2:26
