Took 5 sprinters to the Mustang Invitational at Bishop McNamara High School, getting a ride over from Leah (with a stop at Donut Run) at 8:10am. Between races I managed a barely motivated half hour around the neighborhoods.Glad to have done something, and finished at a solid clip despite feeling hot, blown, and blah. maybe donuts are not the best way to give oneself energy...
