Comments:
Warm up 3 laps around the field
ellyptical for 35 minutes
crunch progression/pushups (3x15)/toe walks

Bicep circut at 10 lbs
3x30 single leg squats
2x30 side squats
3 minute wall sit
30 lunges w/ 10 lb dumbells
leg strengthening
2x30 prone over ball leg lifts

cool down 10 minutes on the bike
