Comments:
Felt less tired than yesterday, slight twinge in lft qd but nothing bad. Did 12 min warm up and 20 minutes of 1 min hill 1 min recovery at 5.8 spd which is faster than I would usually do, felt pretty good and got in abs. Cramps gone :)
