After taking yesterday off, tried to run the workout today. Got in a tempo mile just over 6 minutes, but the speed and the cold weather weren't good for the hamstring, so just jogged it back in. Skipped the 200's at the end of the workout too, being able to run the meet this weekend is way more important than one tempo workout that probably wasn't going to help that much anyway.
