Post work run. I only was facing so not as strenuous at work. Wanted to do a shake out cuz yesterday made me sore. Goal was 5 miles, felt solid so went further. Nothing in Zone 5, which is nice to see.
Splits: 8:30, 8:34, 8:29, 8:17, 8:02, 8:16, 8:00, 7:59.
