Comments:
Nice weather... Ran to meet the Bug at his apartment at 3pm. Looped east through Chevy Chase, MD before looping back via Western before dropping him and heading home alone, and tire. Pace with him was relaxed which was a relief as I felt pretty tired. I have nearly a month of backlogging to do now that I'm less busy and Running-log is back up and running. This has been a tiring week as I finally get back into a bit more mileage.
