Exercise Type: Run
  
  Comments: 
Shakeout run on the indoor track. Ran about 20 minutes dodging the tennis team, then did some strides trying to loosen up the hammy and practicing the break from different lanes. Pumped for the race tomorrow, hopefully my leg holds up. I could feel myself subconsciously holding back on the strides even while trying to go all out on the last couple, but that hopefully won't be an issue in a race situation.
