1x745 warm up, 8x400, splits include: 117 118 120 122 120 120 123 122. 200 light after each one, definitely feeling tired near the end but ok with the run. 1xcd at 930, track was busy with many sports so couldn't switch direction so left (inside) knee a little tight at the end.
