Ouuuuch.
didnt feel all that great, but I really pushed through it and made little goals along the way.
I feel great now knowing I went and ran, like I should do every day.
I'm slowly getting more motivated to run.
I was like-I dont really want to run when I could sit down and relax but I'm going to anyways and I went out and did it.

ill get faster with time.
