Weather: low 70s light fog then sun
Comments:
Leah wanted to go to the beach, so I caught a ride with her to Cisco so I'd be forced to run home. South shore was foggy, and I didn't return to the sun until town. Left knee was pretty achy until I paused to stretch 10 minutes in. Didn't feel too perky, but wasn't dragging myself along. Looped an extra block once I got home to ensure 4.5 miles.
