Comments:
Wanted to do a track workout but the air is toxic so I ran on the treadmill, made sure I could call it a workout but just pushed a little 1x814 warmup 3x649 "light tempo". The goal is to do this a little faster for 4 miles. Worked down as low as 556 in the last couple miles. 2x817 cooldown starting at 730 and slowing down. Looking forward to the haze eventually clearing.
