Comments:
Felt super good. Goal was 3 miles, and I wanted to run relaxed and easy. By four miles I knew I was going to get 5 or 6. Pushed the last mile some, but didn't it feel hard. Felt bouncy and strong. Kind of surprised since no sleep since the last run + work.
Splits: 8:09, 8:19, 7:58, 7:50, 7:49, 6:53.
