Comments:
Super quick 4 miles on the levee/bridge -- old route. I ran with my phone and recorded with Strava, took some photos/videos. Felt pretty strong, not too hard effort wise either. I could def go faster. Perfect weather! And that sunrise!!! :)
Splits: 7:37, 7:25, 7:28, 6:55.
