better than expected

Weather: looked hot, but it was nice

didn't want to get started because it had been a long drive and eating had been sub-par and i wasn't sure how hydrated i was, but i got my hair and neck good 'n' wet and with the wind, it was actually very pleasant. i guess i forgot how bad i was feeling from the start last week, because this run went much better, the little down hills on the path up to richmond felt like mountains, i just floated down them. shin muscles hurt pretty bad for first 4 or so (i think i need new shoes), but an all around good run.

np, sp, shaker, beside tracks, path to richmond, out and back, then grabbed my shirt and headed down the the bbq at the village. didn't stretch after and now i feel pretty awful.
