Early morning Beckett

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 70ish and sunny with not awful humidity

Comments:
Drove to meet Jacob at his apt in Dupont at 6:30am. Led him across the canal, through the tunnel, up Foxhall and past Allie's to Glover which we took to Whitehaven trail to Normanstone to RCP trail to Montrose Park to 28th to P and back to my car. Deliberately chose to go up some hills, including the roller coaster on Whitehaven and Lover's Ln. It seems like a good sign that I both wanted to subject myself to those and that they didn't destroy me, although I certainly slowed. Company, running talk, and milder weather all helped and it was reassuring to see a longer run at a steady pace now within my reach.
