2 mile- Went first 3 laps at 8 min pace and last lap at 7:35 pace
3 mile- Went first 2 laps at 8 min pace and last 2 at 7:41 pace
4 mile- Went first 2 laps at 8 min pace and last 2 at 7:35 pace
5 mile- Went first 2 laps at 8 min pace and last 2 at 7:30 pace
Last half mile went at 8 min pace

Shins hurt and foot bothered me a little. Did the first 6 of dirty dozen afterwords.
