Comments:
Luke and I looped the nature trail and then curled past Chevy Chase Elementary and over to Wisconsin Ave and home again. Managed it all alright, but I was hurting enough that I took off my shirt for the last two miles. Heat and humidity for the 4:30pm run were getting to me.
