Morning miles add up

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: humid, not brutal, 70s?

Comments:
Ran 22 min to the STA practice, leaving at 6am. Ran about 32 minutes (back way to Yuma and back) with combo of Bodi De, NCS Cassidy, and Andrew Bennett. Did two full rounds of "A Day" strength including three sets of push ups. Eventually ran another 22 minutes home at a pace that dropped from 8 down to 7:36. All in all, felt fine, although not frisky. Left knee was a bit achy for the final run (maybe from the full static stretch?) A visit to Dr. Beck midday felt useful as he kneaded my lower left back and left knee and mangled my right big toe joint successfully.
