Solid run, started with the group for the first mile and a half then did my thing. Felt solid, didn't feel as fast as last week but I had a better pace. Pushed the last mile or so.
Splits: 8:27, 7:46, 7:32, 7:22, 7:27, 7:04, 6:51, 7:00, 7:05, 6:56.
