Comments:
The run started at about 7:45 min/mile pace and progressed from there. In the second half, there was a 3 mile stretch that was between 5:54 and 6:04 min/mile. Overall, it felt very good doing this outside. I ran with Omar, his friend, Oscar, and Brandon.
