meandering tempo -Ben... one can foam roll the outside calf muscles (or so calf stretches with the foot pointing at a sideways angle).

Weather: very humid, 80s

Comments:
I never really loosened up nor felt smooth, but I did survive this tempo with a strong group of GDS boys. By the 5 minute mark we'd moved into a moderate tempo pace and as we dipped into the hilly neighborhood beyond Western Ave and looped past Westbrook and up Jamestown before coming back towards school along Chesapeake. After telling the rest to loop school on a cool down, I ran up River alone to intercept Wyatt and Simon K at the library before jogging back to school with a cool-down lap around campus. 20 minutes of tempo and 6 minutes of cool down.
