Comments:
Noticed it was gonna get warm today so I tried to get out earlier. It didnt work that well. Was pretty sore this morning, took it slow before heading out. Felt good down the hill but then coming up got real achy and had to push hard. Took it around and by the time I got along Madison was feeling gassed. Took it easier it felt on the way back. Was drenched by then. Not running this week and pushing it made for a tough restart today.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched and rehydrated a lot when I got back. I down a whole bottle of water instantly so likely I wasn't hydrated enough for today. Now just trying to cool off. Legs pretty beat feeling but thats not a terrible thing now it feels nice.
