Comments:
I wanted to do some easy miles to recover from the weekend. Legs were sore. This run felt easy and relaxed. Pushed the last mile or less, but the rest was just natural pacing and felt easy.
Splits: 8:08, 7:42, 7:36, 7:26, 7:21, 6:59.
