Weather: humid, but not hot yet

Comments:
Scheduled a 6:45am practice to avoid the PM heat and T-Storms. Jogged slowly with the team to AU (14 min) and then returned, mostly with Myles (9 min). Lots of gnats, but an effective first track workout for the team.
