Comments:
First five miles was a warmup from 7:30 down to about 7: min/mile pace. The next 15 miles were between 6:20 and 6:35 min/mile. Mile 19 was actually 6:19. The last two miles were a cooldown at about 7:45 min/mile pace. I started the workout sore from training, but made it through.
