Comments:
Needed a good leg runner today after a sluggish weekend. We started out slow then formed a nice pack and picked up the pace real nice on the way back, down around 7:10 pace. I was feeling it. Weather was darn near perfect today.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched a little bit at the lot before jogging home. Legs kinda sore now.
