Comments:
Felt tired and sluggish. Really didn't wanna go run. Took Friday off, and slept a shit ton overnight. Felt relaxed and easy miles 2.5-5.5, the last couple were meh. I didn't really have the stamina or push I usually do. Might be no food or hydration. idk. Got it in though.
