Ran up Wisc and intercepted Brian at 10:30am. Took him across Grafton to Conn Ave and dropped down through Chevy Chase in the usual way north of Bradley and crossed East West hgwy to enter East Bethesda through underpass. Looped that hood and dropped Bug at his apt. Finished up alone with a small uptick in pace. 4:59 from Wisc and Oliver Streets. A good run. nice to have goat company and pace was feeling just right, probably 7:30-8:00 range for most and low 7s for last ten minutes home. Evita and Jaleo in afternoon as Lew approaches her birthday.
