Man, warm out this evening for Run Club. I was ready to roll though really needed something today. Didnt know what the pace was but Austin Jordan and I went for it after we got to Grandin. Felt great to follow up with the quick speed I put on this weekend. Felt great to bring the run together like that. I sat around for a while before jogging back that was pretty slow, so overall we had to be below 7min pace today.

Essentials: Stretch

Nice stretch and rehydration when I got back. Its all about putting on a show at Alumni this weekend. Hadn't crossed my mind its time to race!
