Comments:
I felt tired and slow. I didn't want to run and almost did. Slow pace so I leaned into it and upped the miles. Looped Lake Cliff a bunch. I'm preparing for taking a day off later this week. Knees are achy and a little foot and achilles pain. Likely over use stuff as I am consistently hitting 40mpw fairly quick. Overall a not a bad run.
