I ran the first half, mostly at around 6:15-6:25 min/mile according to my watch. I ran a 5:39 mile one point. I felt good, but, I did not feel like I was moving fluidly because of the cold weather. I stopped to pass gas in a toilet before mile 10. The second half was just slower, mostly between 6:28 and 6:40 min/mile. Overall, I felt pretty good. I spent a lot of energy weaving through the masses. The bridges on the course made the race tough. I felt good because of the gels and white bread.
