Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
2 mile warmup and a couple of striders before 800m. Led the whole race from the start and came through 27, 57-58, then slowed a little. Sly told me to kick with 100m to go. I think I need to kick with 250 to go like usual bc I kind of became stagnant and let the other kid get close and I had to outlean him. Jim beat my time in the next heat which was kind of a downer for me bc I thought I had won the invite which was my goal. Little over a mile of running before the 4x4. Nick Nelson led off, then Brett, then Drew, I came through 200m in 25.8 which is good and then the kid behind me clipped me really bad at 350m and I fell hard. That sucked. 2x400m with chris and colin afterwards. 66,65. Then stopped bc I was dead. medball stuff and then pullups.
Ehh. Don't really know how to rate this day.
