Comments:
Headed out with Anna at 4:30. Looped East, past Lafayette and up Broad Branch, returning along Conn and Western. Only caught one leaf... It's been gusty for the past two days. 11 for the season. After dropping Anna at home after 26 min, I took another classic MD Chevy Chase loop with no more leaf catches. Left glute is still very tight and it sounds like my gait is uneven. Felt awfully tight and tired legged. Had lots of cramping through last night.
