Comments:
Short loop in the morning in-between some work and cleaning. Tired today didnt get a bunch of sleep. Felt fine though, especially after the grind through this week. Ran down Marburg and back on Millsbrae.
Essentials: Stretch, roll
Good opportunity to stretch and roll when I got back. Legs feeling that for sure.
