No Berenson. Jogged slowly alone to meet Alex and Sam and Molly. Took a slow pace down to Hearst Field and back along Reno to drop Sam at his house before heading home alone. No afternoon run as we had endless meetings pre-Champs. Good to have a light day after donating blood yesterday.
