Comments:
Our first darkness run. I thought it was going to be cooler and was mistaken. Ran ok, legs felt pretty rock heavy today and I had to push through. Pace was not fast as a result. But it was hard earned mileage which I need.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Got back, legs were dead, quad was tight. Rolled and then ate and rehydrated. I was really hungry and thirsty didnt keep up on that today I guess.
