Treadmill Run!

Comments:
easy treadmill run, felt a bit iffy this morning so I didnt run outside. by the time i was done running, i felt a lot better so i did strength work!

crunch progression
planks
2x30 single leg squats
2x30 side leg squats
50 tricep dips
70 bridge ups
3x20 pushups

(in the afternoon i felt like doing 8 minute abs and buns. so i did them twice =])
