Comments:
Mid morning run on the bike path from 50 W heading out towards Milford. It was crisp but nice enough for shorts. Ran out at a good pace went to about 2.5 out then seemed to slow down on the way back. Legs felt heavy and a little sluggish overall. Added on down to 50 W to make sure it was 5.

Essentials: Stretch

Didnt stretch much there and noticed tightening up was pretty hungry and dehydrated afterwards. Now its time to east so thats fine.
