Weather: 45 and damp

Comments:
Talked myself into doing a workout. jogged to and from Wilson (slightly extended)... brief drills and strides. Ran 6x300m with cooldowns just under a minute. Target was 54. Reality was better. Finished with a tentative 400 in 73. Generally very pleased with the turnover.
