Comments:
Ran with the team for the first time all week. Plus, I ran to and from practice (from 3944) With the team, I started slow and sent successive groups of runners back early, dashing to catch up with the next group up a few times. Eventually added on the No Exit loop with half a dozen hoppers. After resting my sore right foot for the past four days, I was disappointed that there was still soreness there. Writing this on Sunday, I'll note that Veronica thinks it's either tendinitis of the peroneal tendon or a stress fracture of the 5th metatarsus.
