Comments:
I was lazy again today. Weather didnt help. Its just dreary and grey out and on the cusp of being warm. Easy miles forced myself to get out there. Ran down Wasson to the Erie path then back on Victoria. Pace was natural and shoes felt alright. But very tiredish when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch out and letting legs adjust. I hope with less teaching I can get in more miles next semester.
