South on the Bromley Road to circle a park

Weather: cool, grey, damp, English

Comments:
Ran in the morning with JB and Sage and we found our way to a park south of the house which was an old estate and we looped it. On the return, I picked up the pace again, leaving them behind and then explored off to the right, finding a mild hill into the neighborhoods. Enjoyed that it gave me a view of London's skyline and reminded me how close we were. Later in the day, we took the train into the Borough Market and shopped successfully for thanksgiving dinner of a leg of lamb.
