Running off of a high since it's 4 days after my altitude training! Apparently it's the same effect as EPO, except legal and more fun. The past few days have been light so I wanted to do a long run. My dad and I had a ton of fun - this run was pretty intense! The description was written by my dad for his own log. (I didn't know who Casey Hampton is until yesterday...)


Start at Skating park, North side trail to stadiums; over Stadium walkway to Point State Park trail; around fountain; to Blvd Allies; Smithfield Street Bridge; Station Square; Carson St to 9th St to Southside Trail; Southside Works; to UPMC trail to Steeler workout facility; 40 yard spints with Casey Hampton; New Hot Metal Footbridge; Jailtrail; to Grant Street; Federated; History Center; Strip District trail; 16th St Bridge; end on NS Trail;

Negative splits:
Mile 1 8:08 pace
