Oakley Loop

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Some snow dust on the ground this morning. I was surprised. Knew storms were going through and it was gonna be cold and windy. Ran late morning it wasn't too bad. But I haven't run in almost 2 weeks so that was a tough task. Ran down to Oakley first then came back on Marburg and Erie. It wasn't much but I needed just a little something to shake out and get back to it. I was pretty tired by the end, could be run could be adjustment. Glad I got it in rather than when it gets super cold at night.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy stretch and legs felt very weak when I got back. Shoes were comfortable and it felt good to run but this was a shake off mileage for sure.
