Comments:
Ran with Andrew Leopold as we were both saddened by the snow day cancellation of the Maroon and Black Invitational. Led him to Rock Creek via Northhampton and took Ridge Trail to Wise and back along Western. Pace slow at start and on the snowy trails, be I was working hard and the Western Ave stretch was somewhere in the mid to low 7s. A quality steady day for me, even though I fell heavy and still not yet clicking into shape. I worked hard to hit 1:57 from Conn to home. Spent midday as a pallbearer for Jonathan Goldklang.
