Comments:
Took my time again today. Warmed up as the sun came out. Feeling a little better run was very natural for me today. Ran down Edwards then back up through Alpine and Mt Lookout. Sidewalks snowy in spots still slipping around. But I had some chances to run on the roads. The sun was excellent today.
Essentials: Stretch
OK stretch when I got back not too sore really.
