Comments:
Knee cap really pained for the first 2km but seemed to settle down after that and I felt no more than mild discomfort later on. My first split of 27:14 was slower than last week, which reflects the pain I was in, but the second half was a much better 24:25 - a lot faster than last week, so overall a better time was achieved.
