Comments:
4 mile tempo run with Rachel at Piedmont Park Oval. Awesome. 4 miles at 6:35 pace and every 800 was within a couple seconds of pace so we were dead on. Super easy too, which is good for a first tempo run. Best workout in 10 years. We're gonna do these tempos once a week and keep upping the distance by 800 meters each week.
