Pretty hard, I'm tired from yesterday. Ran the workout wrong, because I didn't look for mile markers. Was supposed to run some amount of 800m tempo, 800m steady, but didn't know what amount. Ran 1200m tempo, 400m steady, 800m tempo, 400m steady, 1200m tempo, 800m steady. Or something like that. Ran a mile or so there, an a mile or so back.
